National Young Women’s Intiatives

National Young Women’s Initiative (National YWI) is the national body of work that coordinates the eight existing Young Women’s Initiatives—bringing together the philanthropic partners, community partners, government and young people from across localities—and mobilizes the growth and expansion of YWI to other markets. National YWI is driven by a national steering committee that includes representatives from The National Philanthropic Collaborative of Young Women’s Initiatives and Girls for Gender Equity.

Brand Refresh – Branding and Style Guide Development: The National Young Women’s Initiative (National YWI) is the national body of work that coordinates the eight existing Young Women’s Initiatives—bringing together the philanthropic partners, community partners, government and young people from across localities—and will mobilize the growth and expansion of YWI to other markets. To fully achieve this, NPCHYWI must have the proper branding and style guidelines to unify and guide the messaging to the various stakeholders. Rapport Studios collaborated with the National YWAC and YWI Steering Committee to surface insights to inform visual communication, voice and tone, as well as basic messaging to create a Style Guide that is reflective of the mission of YWI and the communities you serve. Additionally, we provided trainings that explains the basics of the brand and the importance of using the style guide to maintain a unified narrative.

Document and Creative Templates: We prepared an identity package that expresses your updated brand visuals. The package will include template designs for logo, letterhead, digital graphics, business cards and PowerPoint/Google Slides.

Website Review & Recommendations: The current NPCYWI website is outdated and does not currently properly represent the depth of the national collaborative. Rapport Studios worked with their designer so that it serves as a platform that drives conversations and encourages engagement, while still providing resources and updates to philanthropic funders and potential partners. We worked with the NPCYWI and GGE to include the Young Women’s Advisory Council and philanthropic stakeholders in the mapping and creation of the site
