The Rapport Approach
Campaign Ideation: Rapport studios met with Raben/NMAL staff for a download session on the needs of the campaign, timeline, sharing of assets and ideation stage to understand the needs and goals of the campaign.
Content Creation: Once a design and campaign strategy has been agreed upon, we designed a two-tier approach to create original content for the platforms, as well as user generated content or components that invite followers to share their story and experiences.
Influencer Amplification: Rapport studios designed a digital kit or deck to share with influencers and celebrity supporters of the campaign. The digital kit will include social copy for Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. The kit will also include instructions on how to share the content, timeline and relevant hashtags of the campaign. Our team worked with influencer teams, managers or assistants to walk them through the campaign.
Geofenced Targeting and Campaign optimization: Because the primary audience is on Capitol Hill (current supporters, congressional leadership and your target list for cosponsors), we designed a two month Facebook, Twitter and Instagram digital advertising campaign that specifically geotargets the Capitol Hill area. We sent ads to specific audiences by uploading an email lists to match the geofenced location. We optimized this effort by focusing our efforts on activating your audience on September 15th to trend while creating awareness via organic mobilizing of nonprofit leaders, celebrity supporters, and regional leadership network leaders.
Month-Long Event Activation: Our team worked with The Raben Group to create your digital campaign strategy and run of show for your month long activation campaigns such as the CHCI Gala, Lincoln Center Concert, etc. We designed Snapchat geofilters and Facebook and Instagram geotags for upcoming events and campaigns.
